Hippu - DGX A100
- Calculation power 5 Petaflops
- 8 × A100 cards
- 640 Gb GPU memory
- 2 Tb memory
Supercomputers are the most powerful computers in the world, which can solve increasingly difficult computational challenges. Memory Lab's first supercomputer Hippu is still quite compact (120kg and 6kW) and yet its performance corresponds to up to 20,000 conventional laptops or 3,000 servers. The benefits of the supercomputer come not only from its efficiency, but also from its diversity - it can be used in research, development and innovation work in different industries and fields of research.

The Memory Lab Hippu supercomputer has world-class artificial intelligence computing and storage capabilities, and various analytics software. The first stage technical solutions have been installed in the Memory Lab in 2023.
Hippu includes NVIDIA's DGX A100 artificial intelligence computing unit, Fujitsu servers and NetApps storage solution for processing large amounts of data. Large amounts of data are processed and transferred in artificial intelligence projects. The rapid fibre connection required by Memory Lab was delivered by MPY.
